Title: IT Support Technician — Level 1 / Help Desk (Rochester, NY)
Location: Rochester, NY (On-site, in-house)
Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$24/hr (DOE)
About the job: BlueTower Technical is hiring a Level 1 / Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for our clients — triaging tickets, resolving everyday issues, and escalating the complex ones. A great entry point into IT with real training and growth.
You’ll: answer phone/email/ticket requests · troubleshoot hardware, software & accounts · reset passwords & manage M365/AD users · image & prep workstations · document and escalate.
You have: 0–2 yrs IT/help desk experience or strong aptitude · Windows + M365 familiarity · great communication.
Bonus: CompTIA A+, MSP/help desk experience.
