Title: IT Support Technician — Level 2 / Escalation (Rochester, NY)
Location: Rochester, NY (On-site, in-house; occasional client travel)

Pay: $28–$34/hr (DOE)
About the job: BlueTower Technical is hiring a Level 2 / Escalation Technician — the senior desk tech who owns complex tickets, leads projects and onboarding, and mentors Level 1.
You’ll: resolve escalated server/network/cloud issues · administer Windows Server, AD & M365 · manage firewalls/switching/VPN · support BCDR & RMM · lead projects · mentor L1.
You have: 2–4+ yrs IT/MSP escalation experience · strong Windows Server/AD/M365 · solid networking · BCDR/RMM · valid license.
Bonus: Network+/Security+/Microsoft certs, virtualization, Azure/Intune, healthcare IT.
